The best way to find or get a job in Magalluf or Palma Nova is to be there. This allows you to visit all the bars and clubs in person. If you are a Dj take some records with you and ask if you can do a test session sometime during the day. If you are a dancer take some photos with you, so you can show them to the managers of the clubs here in Magalluf.
If you want to do PR work you need a good sense of humour and outgoing personality.
For bar work a lot of places prefer experience. Although politeness, a friendly personality and some common sense will help the inexperienced get jobs.
